We’ve picked some typically asked questions to cover here.  The answers provided are general answers and do not speak for all Pagans and Witches.

What is a Pagan/Paganism? There is not one single definition of Pagan/Paganism that is accepted by all.  For ease, we’ll use the definition in the American Heritage Dictionary: “one who is not a Christian, Muslim, or Jew, especially an adherent of a polytheistic religion in antiquity.”  Paganism is an umbrella term that encompasses the majority of the non “mainstream” religions.

Are all Pagans also Witches?  No, just like not all Christians are Catholic.  Pagans are those who practice a faith that falls under the umbrella term “Paganism” (as described above)  Typically, though not always, a Witch is someone who practices magick, be they male or female

Do you worship the Devil?  No.  The Majority of Pagans and Witches do not believe in the Devil, therefore we cannot worship him.

You don’t seem to have a straight answer for anything; is there anything that you people can agree on?  It’s because of the vast number of different beliefs within Paganism, and our freedom to believe what we feel individually, that there is no one set answer.

Is that the Star of David? No, the five point star is the Pentacle (surrounded by a circle) or the Pentagram (no circle).  The five points stand for each of the four elements (Earth, Air, Fire, Water) with the top point representing Spirit.
